We are looking for historic homes located within a 90-minute drive ofSaratoga Springs/New York area will be the next stars in a series of renovations.
Here are the types of homes that would be perfect candidates for the show:
- The house must be 100 years old or older.
- Must have been purchased for $150,000 or less.
- Must be purchased within the last 12 months or currently empty.
- Homeowners must have a budget that can be applied to the restoration project.
Homeowners will be a part of the entire process and learn some of the history of their homes as they are restored to their original glory.
